Job Description
The qualified candidate should possess and be able to complete the following :
- Understand and assist with implementing the network infrastructure solutions designed by the Architects and Senior Consultants.
- Provide onsite and ongoing technical service and support during and after project rollout.
- Troubleshoot, triage, and resolve escalations / issues.
- Support existing and new deployments.
- Demonstrate strong support and customer service orientation.
- Deliver technology solutions for clients on time and on budget.
- Gain in-depth understanding of client’s business processes, gather data requirements, and work with the Senior Consultants and Architects to develop technology solutions to solve the business issues.
- Develop and maintain system documentation.
- Look for opportunities to improve the client’s productivity and efficiencies through technology.
- Ask questions and seek to develop a deeper understanding of the client’s business and how IT can be used to assist in achieving their business strategy and goals.
- Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort interfacing with clients on a regular basis.
