Office Administrator – Plastic Recycling Company
Location: Waukegan, IL
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Starting $18.50-19.50/hr

We are a leading plastic recycling company dedicated to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Handle basic HR functions, including maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding
- Perform bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions and expense tracking,
- Prepare and organize documents, financial reports, and correspondence
- Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets in Excel
- Assist with general office management and administrative tasks
- Support management with special projects as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or HR support preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage) is a plus
- Bilingual (English,Spanish)
