Are you an experienced and driven Account Manag ement professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a driven, energetic, and assertive Director, Account Management to join our team.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the account management team to ensure the delivery of outstanding client service, achievement of sales targets, and long-term client retention. This role involves developing strategic account plans, leading high-profile client engagements, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services and to drive revenue growth.
This role will split their time between our Rutherford, New Jersey office (1 day) and working remote (4 days). Flexibility is provided.
