What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Digital Media Measurement position at Northstar Travel Group?

We are looking for a data driven Measurement Manager to join our Ad Operations team, to measure and evaluate the success of our digital media campaigns. In this role, you will define, measure and optimize ongoing campaign performance and strategy development. You’ll work to implement both 1st and 3rd party measurement solutions to understand the success of Northstar’s campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience in understanding measurement solutions and work with partners to facilitate the best possible measurement outcomes for Northstar.
This role will split their time between our Rutherford, New Jersey office and working remote. Flexibility is provided.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead projects that produce the optimal measurement solutions for Northstar
- This will involve partnering with Northstar’s Ad Ops, Product and Engineering Teams, as well as 3rd party measurement partners
- Design and build visual tools to convert complex data into understandable formats for our clients
- Attend pre, in and post-campaign meetings with clients to explain potential measurement solutions for their campaigns, as well as results after the campaign has ended
- Provide mid and end of campaign measurement reports to clients
- Work closely with the Campaign and Account Management Teams to guide them on how to best optimize campaign execution to achieve optimal measurement results
- Partner closely with the Sales Team to educate and train them on measurement solutions for their clients. Work closely with Sales and Planning to develop the proper measurement strategies for individual client proposals
- Develop case studies on the results of successful campaigns to be used in our marketing materials
What You Have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years’ experience in digital media with a focus on measurement or data analysis
- Experience working with data and analytical visualization tools is a plus (eg. Tapclicks)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results
