Job Summary (Essential Functions)

NorthStone Country Club is seeking Beverage Cart Attendant to provide an interface with guests and members for purchasing food and beverage provisions on the golf course. Candidate must be reliable, trustworthy, on time for shifts, and move with a sense of urgency. Seeking applicants with outgoing personalities and eagerness to interact with club members and guests to ensure they enjoy their experience at the club on a daily basis.

Job Knowledge, Core Competencies and Expectations

• Greet and acknowledge members and guests.
• Ability to prepare and/or serve food and beverages.
• Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions; skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
• Knowledge and ability to perform required role during emergency situations.

Job Tasks/Duties

• Provides food and beverage service according to the clubs standards.
• Being accountable for monetary transactions.
• Maintains cleanliness of production and service equipment and of production, storeroom, service and other areas.
• Ensures that required revenue control procedures are consistently used.
• Requisitions supplies from clubs kitchen and storeroom and ensures proper transfer and storage.
• Immediately notify Food and Beverage Manager of any product quality or quantity concerns.
• Complies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire and other laws and requirements.
• Processes member billing accurately through Clubs POS system and completes daily closeout.
• Consistently complies with the clubs policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages to members and guests.
• Performs other appropriate duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Licenses and Special Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach.
• Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds.
• Continuous repetitive motions.
• Work in hot, humid and noisy environment.
• Required to work weekends and holidays

Education and/or Experience

• Experience in the country club, food/beverage or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Previous beverage cart experience preferred.
• The ability to read, write and execute basic math skills.
