Description
Occupational Summary:
- Present and sell new/used vehicles to customers while also creating an amazing customer experience and meeting the dealership standards relative to gross profit and volume.
Physical Requirements:
- Job requires the following physical activities: Will stand, move & walk throughout the dealership facility for most of the shift. Will spend time outdoors and indoors. Will be, at times, exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes and other potentially hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Snow removal is required. Evening, holiday and Saturday work hours will be required.
Hours Required:
- Availability Required ** Monday - Friday availability 9am - 7pm and Saturdays 9am - 5pm **
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous, successful, Sales experience prior, preferably Automotive Sales
- Valid, and active, in-state driver’s license.
- The basic ability to calculate figures and amounts such as add, subtract, calculate discounts, interest, commission, and percentages
- Exceptionally strong communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
- Ability to operate smartphone, tablet and PC.
- Individual must be able to perform each Essential Job Function and Essential Requirements of Employment.
