Occupational Summary:
- The Finance Manager will work with the Sales team to create an extraordinary customer experience. This role is responsible for selling Finance and Insurance products on new and used vehicles while adhering consistently to the processes in place to maintain compliance with regulations and the highest ethical standards.

We are currently looking for a Finance Manager at two locations:
- Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/RAM
- Genesis
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive sales experience for 3 years
- Previous Finance experience
- Previous experience with customer CRM's
- Sales Manager experience, preferred, for Genesis position
- Valid, and active, in-state driver’s license.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
- Math skills to be able to calculate interest; discounts; commissions
- Practical problem solving ability
- Ability to teach/train/develop team members
- Ability to operate smart phone, tablet and PC.
