Qualifications:
We have two levels of qualifications. You only need to meet one of the following to apply:
Level 1 (Pay range: $20-$21/hr):
- Currently enrolled in or have a master’s degree in a mental health field, or
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, child development, or a related field 6,000 hours of clinical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Level 2 (Pay range: $18-$19/hr):
- Hold or are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, child development, or related field (e.g., psychology, special education, social work), or
- Have an associate’s degree 2,000 hours of supervised clinical experience (e.g., DSP, PCA, Paraprofessional), or
- Have a high school diploma/GED 4,000 hours of supervised clinical experience, or
- Fluent in a non-English language or certified by a tribal nation.
Your Role:
As a Behavior/Autism Health Technician, you’ll work with our clinical team to support children with Autism in various areas, such as:
- Running therapeutic and behavioral plans to improve social and self-management skills.
- Supporting developmental goals like communication, academics, exercise, and nutrition.
- Teaching life skills like hygiene, grooming, and toileting.
- Modeling social and interpersonal skills for better community engagement.
- Using strategies to manage and redirect challenging behaviors.
