We are looking for a Contract Coordinator for our Client, a global distributor of health care products and services for their office, located in Albany, NY. The position is fully remote.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. This is a temporary job until October 3, 2025.
Hourly Pay: $23.50-23.57/hr
In this role you will be responsible for the membership verification and proper account addition or removal from manufacturer sales rebate contracts.
The ideal candidate would have at least 4 (four) years of experience working with contracts, including experience with Membership Directories, Manufacturer Sales Rebate Contracts, Chargeback Analysis, Pricing Discrepancies.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintain and update membership and enrollment directories for contracts.
- Verify eligibility of manufacturer contract membership lists before account linking and ensure active ship-to’s are authorized.
- Inform Sales Reps of account additions or removals from contracts.
- Track and validate sales rebate contracts for accuracy.
- Request renewals/extensions prior to expiration.
- Compare new contracts to existing ones, alerting management and sales reps of significant changes.
- Maintain GPO and non-GPO contract pricing and accurate customer-level contracts.
- Prepare and distribute monthly chargeback details for manufacturer justification.
- Analyze chargeback activity trends and related discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Finance on receivables and follow up on outstanding collections.
- Analyze and resolve pricing issues and provide guidance to sales reps.
- Engage in special projects and suggest software/hardware upgrades for workflow enhancement.
- Prepare and share reports with the Contract Rebate team on customer changes, item statuses, and expiring contracts.
