Northwest Access Fund is pleased to announce an entry-level opportunity for a full-time Loan Program Associate position to help operate our Loan Program.
Applicants should reside in or plan to move to Idaho, Oregon, or Washington State.

Position Responsibilities
- Loan Program : Under supervision of the Program Director, support all elements of the Loan Program. Specific tasks include :
Answer loan inquiries, provide program information, and send application packages
Provide applicants with information on outside resources where appropriateAssist applicants navigating LenderFit, our loan application platform, as neededAssist with processing loan applications, and verifying accuracy and completeness of each fileProvide applicant with timely and periodic status updates of their loan applicationPull credit reports in collaboration with Loan OfficersCollect required documentation for applicants and follow up on missing elementsCollect and input data into loan servicing software as well as Northwest Access Funds data systemsAct as a liaison between borrower and lenderPrepare closing documents and assist with all aspects of loan closingMaintain client confidentiality and keep files and data in a secure mannerProvide assistance to borrowers, as neededAssist with loan servicing of outstanding portfolioAssist with outreach activities, including mailings, phone calls, and occasional event tabling.Other Tasks : Serve as a primary point of contact (telephone and email) for questions about Northwest Access Funds programs and services.Education and Experience

The Loan Program Associate role is a Grade 1. Our Grade 1 range has a minimum salary of $56,100, a mid-point salary of $65,130 and a maximum salary of $74,160. Based on experience candidates can expect an offer between the minimum and mid-point of the grade. To maintain internal equity and ensure that employees have room to grow within their grade, we will not offer higher than the mid-point of the salary grade. We review all ranges on an annual basis and when grades are adjusted (due to cost of living, inflation, and / or role re-benchmarking), so are salaries. We also offer merit increases up to the maximum salary for each grade as a part of our annual review process.
