What you'll be doing...
The Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing and supervising the activities of the Audit Department and assisting the Sr. Manager with departmental oversight and projects.
Leading a team of up to 15 employees, you will:
- Provide direction, motivation, and assistance to employees to ensure high-quality work
- Set and manage department goals and standards
- Ensure employees have appropriate training and resources
- Assist in resolving escalated or contentious cases
- Suggest methods to improve operations, efficiencies, service-levels to internal and external customers
- Foster a work environment for team members that is positive, collaborative, and highly productive
- Manage the results and actions of the team (training, payroll, performance management, etc.)
Who you are...
- Educated. BA degree (preferred) or combination of relevant education and experience
- Experienced. Effectively manages workflow; develops strong relationships across departments
- Leadership. 2-3 years’ supervisory experience, leading, developing, and motivating teams; experience leading remote teams a plus
- Communication. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written
- Organized. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

- Starting salary range of $7,289 - $9,861 per month. Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
