What you'll be doing...
- Mentor direct reports and be the champion of quality standards and outstanding service
- Oversee the workflow for collection and assignment of $1.5 billion in pension contributions
- Resolve escalated issues with billing, refunds, adjustments
- Coordinate with leaders of other departments : accounting, audit, and contract administration
- Monitor and assess department workflow with an eye toward continuous improvement
- Ensure effective communication with onsite associates and NWA management
Who you are...
Educated. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination education and experience
Experienced. Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Leader. Ability to partner, influence, delegate and work effectively with all levels of staff
Detailed. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Problem Solver. Ability to quickly analyze problems and develop solutions
Technically Savvy. Proficient in MS Office suite of tools (Excel, Word, Outlook & Adobe)
