What you'll be doing...
As a trainer in the Payroll Audit Department, you have the opportunity to make a big impact on the department's ability to meet performance standards and achieve goals. You do this by ensuring that the team is trained effectively and efficiently; while also making sure the department documentation is maintained at the levels necessary so others can perform quality, accurate work.
- Create, deliver and maintain interactive and engaging training programs
- Nurture the diverse and varying adult learning styles
- Assess trainee progress towards subject matter expertise
- Create and maintain department documents and training materials
- Responsible for generating management reports for training projects to assess effectiveness
- Perform tasks related to production and staff support
- Other related duties including special projects and trainer development
- This position will work onsite at our Pasadena, CA office location
