What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Tech | Lakeside position at NORTHWEST ALABAMA MENTAL HEALTH CENTER?
As a Mental Health Tech at Lakeside Group Home in the Curry, Alabama area, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and services within a residential setting. You will be providing care and services, accurate and timely documentation of logbooks and activities, medication administration, meal preparation, cleaning, laundry, personal care, transportation, and other duties as assigned. There will be a required 4-5 day (Monday-Friday) paid orientation before beginning work in the group home.
Critical Needs Pay Rate as of 1/15/25: $13.00/hr
Location: Lakeside Group Home, 9725 Smith Lake Dam Road, Jasper, AL 35504
Schedule (part-time and full-time positions available, will discuss further at interview):
- Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm, DRIVER REQUIRED
- Full Time Monday-Friday 4pm-12am
- Full Time Monday-Friday 12am-8am
- Full Time Saturday-Sunday 8am-8pm, will fill-in shifts during the week. DRIVER REQUIRED
- Full Time Saturday-Sunday 8pm-8am, will fill-in shifts during the week.
- Part Time Saturday-Sunday 8am-8pm, DRIVER REQUIRED
- Part Time Saturday-Sunday 8pm-8am
- Part Time Weekdays - Will discuss further at the interview.
Requirements:
- The minimum age for employment is 18. If the position requires driving, you must be a minimum age of 21, and have an insurable driving record.
- Proof of education (Minimum of a High School Diploma w/ Graduation Date, High School Transcripts w/Graduation Date, GED, or Transcripts or Diploma from College)
- Non-expired driver's license or state-issued ID card
- Social security card
