DESCRIPTION
This position will have job duties that include working with parents of teens and children enrolled in our organization's clinical services. You will work closely with the parents of the child's clinical team leader to implement the treatment process. Must have personal experience ("I have lived experience") as a parent whose child received mental health services or child welfare and be able to appropriately disclose and share that experience with the parents of teens and children up to the age of 21 years, in order to foster hope, build resiliency, and develop self-advocacy skills that will empower them to achieve their goals.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a parent/primary caregiver with personal experience ("I have lived experience") who has raised or is raising a child with emotional, behavioral, physical, or mental health or substance abuse needs whose child has received mental health services.
- A high school diploma/GED from a state-accredited school/source.
- A current/valid non-expired driver's license; be a minimum age of 21; and have an insurable driving record.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and use of computer software and programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Pay Rate: Will be discussed during the interview.
