Role Summary: The Director of Finance provides strategic guidance analysis related services to function across the local site in order to influence decision making. The individual participates in setting the financial strategy for day to day site operations.

Key Activities:

• Strategic leader at the local site supporting with relevant analyses and reporting
• Provide proactive analysis centered on internal and external drivers to provide business insight required to manage performance and identify growth opportunities
• Review planning and forecasting information focusing on challenging assumptions ensuring quality and consistency
• Advise local leadership on decisions pertaining to improving performance, identifying and minimizing risk, or capturing new opportunities
• Monitor healthcare reform and industry regulatory changes.
