Sign On Bonus $500 ($250.00 after 90 days of employment and $250.00 after 6 months of employment)
Pay Range : $24.00 to $32.00 per hour
This is a non-exempt position that is paid by the hour.

Monday – Friday 8 : 00 am – 5 : 00 pm

Job Summary
Northwest Asthma and Allergy Group is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to assist with clinical operations at our Seattle (Northgate) location to keep patient flow smooth and efficient while providing a high level of patient care. This role works with patients of all ages and assists with rooming patients, collecting vitals, and performing point-of-care testing associated with asthma and allergy care. Our office maintains a supportive and efficient working environment with a 2 : 1 CMA to provider ratio. Typically, our offices have 1-2 doctors, and each doctor sees between 14-22 patients per day. This structure ensures a balanced workload and allows for high-quality patient care.
Requirements :
We are seeking a candidate with the following :
- Self-motivation, empathy, and stellar interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
- Enthusiasm and desire to participate as a team member and gain a variety of technical skills
- A history of working in an outpatient setting, preferably in asthma / allergy, ENT, pediatric, or dermatology specialty offices
- Current Washington State LPN or CMA license at the time of hire
- Current Basic Life Support certification (CPR & First Aid cards)
Screening and COVID-19 Considerations :
Employment offers are contingent upon successfully completing the required drug screening and background checks. We no longer require COVID-19 vaccination for our clinical staff.
