We are looking for Experienced only Automotive Sales Professionals to join our sales team! We are seeking someone with a background in sales and a strong work ethic! We are seeking individuals who are reliable, detail oriented, can work independently and are ready to grow in our fast paced dealership!
Automotive Sales Representative Benefits
- Medical, Dental, Vision - the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment
- 401(K) - Employer Contribution (Up to 3% of employees gross wages) - eligible after 6 months of employment (enrollment periods are January and July ONLY) - must have completed your 6 months to enroll in either January or July

Automotive Sales Representative Responsibilities
- Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
- Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
- Build strong rapport with customers.
- Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
- Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
- Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Automotive Sales Consultant Qualifications
- Car sales experience is required
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude and demeanor
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals
- Strong phone skills and computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
