Northwest Bank, one of the top 100 largest banks in the United States, is seeking a seasoned marketing leader for the role of Executive Director, Digital & Marketing Channels. This senior leadership position is pivotal in overseeing all marketing channels, including digital and traditional media, across the bank's four-state footprint. The Executive Director will lead and manage all digital and traditional marketing channels to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies. They will oversee relationships with external agencies, including the bank's agency of record (AOR), to drive impactful marketing campaigns. Essential Functions
- Translate line of business marketing strategies into actionable multichannel marketing programs that drive revenue-attributable business outcomes across all divisions, including Retail and Small Business, Commercial, Mortgage and Retail Lending, and Investments
- Collaborate with internal and external marketing partners and business units to design and manage strategy and execution for digital marketing, including content marketing, digital advertising, organic search, paid search, social media and website
- Execute tactics for building traffic and growing customer base through online media and SEO
- Oversee key external communication channels (thought leadership content, email and other online content), lead efforts to produce relevant and engaging communications that result in measurable action
- Lead marketing support efforts for other departments and encourage strong collaboration and teamwork to execute cross-departmental initiatives
- Develop and manage the channels marketing budget, providing monthly and quarterly reports as required
- Develop recurring marketing return on investment reporting and analysis
- Partner with the bank's technology team to recommend and implement the marketing technology stack, including customer data platform, marketing automation system, website content management system, and other critical technologies
- Demonstrate creativity, out-of-the-box thinking and resourcefulness in leading team to meet ambitious growth goals
- Educate the marketing team and bank leadership on digital marketing trends and best practices
- Manage and coach team of marketing professionals to ensure flawless planning and execution of marketing initiatives; provide regular and ongoing performance coaching and career development opportunities with a focus on retaining and recruiting top talent

Education
Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications, or related field Or
Work Experience
