Northwest Bank's Internal Communications and Content Specialist is a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator who crafts engaging, informative and visually appealing content for our internal audience, while also providing content support for our external Marketing teams. This role works on a variety of projects, including copywriting, video production and graphic design. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, is comfortable using technology and can create content that informs and excites our audiences.

Work Experience
3 - 5 years Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Journalism or Bank Customer Sales/Service
3 - 5 years Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
3 - 5 years Experience creating videos and a variety of audiences and channels
General Employee Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Essential Functions
- Develop clear and engaging copy for internal communications, newsletters, and announcements
- Record, edit, and produce videos to communicate important messages to employees
- Design basic graphics and visuals using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for internal presentations and digital platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all internal channels
- Assist with content planning, from concept to delivery, ensuring content aligns with the company’s voice and tone
- Manage internal communication content calendars and timelines
- Stay updated on trends in internal communications and content creation to enhance the employee experience
- Provide support to our external Marketing team as needed, including content creation for channels like social media and sales enablement.
- Ensure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
- Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
- Work as part of a team
- Work with on-site equipment
- Complete other duties and special projects as requested by management
- Abide by the rules of the safety and loss prevention program
- Perform work tasks in a safe manner
- Report any and all injuries to supervisor
- Know what to do in case of an emergency
