Job Description
This role will report to the Director of Business Resiliency within Information Security as a member of the Business Continuity team. The analyst will manage the creation and maintenance of Business Continuity plans, BIA's, recovery strategies, exercises and testing for assessment and measurement of risk mitigation and preparedness level. The role will also perform duties related to general incident management, incident tracking, and reporting.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Information Technology or related field
Work Experience
5 - 6 years Experience in Business Continuity, Operational Resilience or Operational Risk areas And
5 - 6 years Archer (Risk Management Platform) And
2 - 3 years Experience with ServiceNow And
5 - 6 years Prior Financial Services Experience And
5 - 6 years Process Mapping Experience

Essential Functions
- Conduct business impact analysis (BIA's) workshops defining critical time-sensitive functions and identification of required resources for business recovery
- Lead the Business Continuity team's automation of business continuity plan
- Facilitate the development and maintain effective delivery of recovery strategies capabilities
- Provide support to management and business functional areas when business disruption occurs.
- Participate and contribute to technology project initiatives relating to enterprise risk assessments, disaster recovery, and technology risk management.
- Provide guidance in the planning and execution of continuity exercises; includes tracking, follow-up and reporting required to resolve any issues identified, to ensure the organization's ability to recover.
- Assist in planning and execution of tabletop exercise relating to incident response, crisis management, and/or business continuity
- Define quality control attributes and/or basic test scenarios to support unit and functional testing of recovery controls
- Provide Third Party Risk Assessment support as needed
- Apply general industry and regulatory compliance knowledge to the benefit of the company and program
- Willingness to be on-call and travel as required by the role. May be required to work weekends and/or extended hours
- Ensure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
- Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
