Assess development and learning needs while developing solutions that align with organizational culture, business goals, and positively impact business results.
Essential Functions
- Assess development and learning needs and develop performance support solutions that align with organizational culture, business goals and positively impact business results
- Provide consulting, coaching and support to management on various training and development related projects, programs, performance needs and development plans
- Design and evaluate strategic plans, processes, learning and performance solutions and impact on performance and organizational goals to measure effectiveness
- Define learning objectives and evaluate and assess efforts against measurable behavior change
- Collaborate with division head concerning budget preparation and implementation
- Track and analyze product, program, and process costs
- Collaborate with outside consultants to effectively present training programs for executive officers and higher-level management
- Maintain knowledge in developing trends and technologies in the industry
- Ensure compliance with Northwest’s policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations
- Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
- Work as part of a team
- Work with on-site equipment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Leadership, or Education preferred
- 8-12 years of business, leadership, education or training preferred
- Banking experience strongly preferred
