Main Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist customers with their financial needs, including opening new accounts, answering questions about bank products and services, and referring them to other areas of the bank as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Cash handling experience preferred.
- Banking and/or retail experience preferred.
