Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Part time Fluoroscopy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of medical terminology and imaging techniques. This role is essential in providing high-quality patient care ensuring adherence to safety protocols utilizing a C Arm.
Duties
- Assist pain management physician with injections.
- Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to evaluate patient conditions and determine appropriate imaging needs.
- Maintain accurate records of imaging procedures and patient data, ensuring compliance with medical standards.
- Assist in the preparation of patients for imaging examinations, providing clear instructions and support.
- Operate and troubleshoot medical imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Stay updated on advancements in medical imaging technology and techniques to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Experience with medical imaging equipment and procedures is preferred.
- Familiarity with aseptic techniques and safety protocols in a clinical setting.
