Northwest Center is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our IMPACT team!
We are seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional with excellent organizational and communication skills to support IMPACT’s nationwide consultation and training program. As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive administrative and customer service support to ensure smooth program operations, from handling day-to-day tasks to engaging prospective customers, as well as logistical support.

Schedule: Monday - Friday; Full-Time
Starting Wage Range: $22.71 - $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including organizing, ordering supplies, and maintaining digital document storage systems
- Manage the team calendar, meetings and live training schedules, ensuring trainers are assigned
- Provide support to ensure data accuracy on the team and maintain a schedule for data reporting, both internally and externally
- Provide technical support and customer service for training participants
- Acting as the first point of contact (phone calls, emails, etc) for prospective customers by discussing and promoting program services, with the aim of converting inquiries into sales
- Track and process payments for live training and course purchases
- Assist in preparing materials and logistics for in-person trainings and community events
- Serve as a professional representative for IMPACT at community events and resource tables
Requirements:
- One (1 ) year experience in an administrative role with customer focus
- Advanced Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for inclusion in early childhood education
- Previous experience working with children is preferred
- Familiarity with data management systems preferred
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Mandarin, or Somali) preferred

IMPACT is the Inclusion Mentorship Program for increasing Access in Childcare Team. We provide inclusive early learning training, consultation, and online courses for early learning and childcare teachers, administrators, school districts, private education programs, after-school programs, coaches, home visitors, parents, and families.
