**We are seeking a motivated Sales/Operations Hybrid to driver our growth by managing 80% sales responsibilities, which include cold calling, networking, and account management, while engaging in operations tasks. The ideal candidate will possess both strong sales and operational skills, enabling them to create estimates and close business effectively**
Location: Spokane, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 Annually (plus commission)
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct cold calls and network to develop new client relationships
-Manage existing accounts and strengthen client retention
-Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for potential clients
-Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
-Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in sales, preferably in the service industry
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently and take initiative
-Experience with account management and client relations
-Basic understanding of facility maintenance services is a plus
