What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overnight Behavior Technician position at Northwest Children's Home?
SCHEDULE
4 - 10 hour shifts per week
- Overnight Shift : 10PM - 8AM
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Behavior Technician is responsible for supporting the clients and the structure of the program. This program will focus on identifying and stabilizing the client's psychiatric needs with an evidence based and trauma informed approach.
This position is to maintain continuity in the daily schedule and assure safety of clients at all times. It is the expectation that communication between the team is effective and efficient and all required documentation is completed accurately and within a timely manner.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Two years of social services education may be substituted for the required experience.
