Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
- Facilitate day-to-day administrative operations, including handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain association records, databases, and files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, agendas, and meeting minutes.
Executive Support
- Provide direct administrative assistance to the Executive Director, including travel arrangements and calendar management.
- Serve as a liaison between the Executive Director, members, and other stakeholders.
- Draft and distribute professional correspondence, newsletters, and announcements to members and industry partners.
Event and Program Coordination
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to plan and execute association events, educational seminars, and webinars.
- Manage event logistics, including registration, attendee communication, and vendor coordination.
Website and Social Media Administration
- Administer and update the NWCMA website using WordPress.
- Prepare marketing materials using tools such as Canva.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional dependability and organizational skills, demonstrating sound judgment and the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Working knowledge of Zoom, WordPress, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Familiarity with Canva and Asana is desired.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to engage effectively with members, stakeholders, and industry partners.
