We have openings for lifeguards in Torrington.
Requirements:
- Current Lifeguard certification.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be responsible, enthusiastic and able to work with children and adults.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monitoring swimmers and class participants in our indoor pool.
- Ensure safe conditions for all participants.
- Test pool water, clean up pool deck & pool.
- Maintenance of aquatics sports equipment.
- Must be able to work alone & be responsible to do a quality job.
- Must be able to communicate effectively while demonstrating Y Core Values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility.
Available shifts:
Monday-Friday 10am-2pm; Weekends 6:45am-11am, 11am-3:30pm
Part-time up to 20 hours per week
