Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Driller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation and a strong understanding of construction site protocols. This role involves operating various drilling equipment to ensure efficient and safe drilling operations, contributing to the successful completion of projects.
Duties
- Operate directional drilling equipment to perform horizontal drilling tasks.
- Experience with mini excavators and backhoe's a plus.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure that all drilling operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
- Maintain and inspect drilling equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on construction sites.
- Assist in paving operations as required, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Document daily activities and report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor.
Requirements
- Experience with horizontal drilling techniques and construction site practices.
- Valid class A driver's license, with clean driving record, mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and operate machinery for extended periods.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to drilling operations and equipment maintenance.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
