Job Purpose:

The successful Door to Door Sales Manager Candidate will possess the following abilities and will be responsible for:

• - Connect with potential customers door-to-door in the beautiful communities between Vero Beach and Titusville, Florida.  

  - Introduce and promote our industry-leading pest control solutions, focusing on General Pest Control, Termite Prevention, and Mosquito Services.  

  - Build relationships with residents and provide informative consultations to address their pest control needs.  

  - Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while enjoying the thrill of outdoor selling.  

  - Collaborate with our team to develop winning sales strategies and share insights from the field.

- Enthusiasm, passion, and a positive attitude!  

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.  

- Sales experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate who’s eager to learn.  

- A self-motivated individual who thrives in an outdoor environment and enjoys building connections.  

- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Requirements:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

• Have an internal drive and a strong desire to succeed. Basically, you want to make a lot of money and don’t want an arbitrary hourly rate to determine your income potential.

• Excellent communication skills including persuasive speaking, active listening, and interpersonal skills. You can’t be “shy.” Must have an outgoing personality with the ‘gift of gab’, able to ‘win over’ most people quickly.

• Must have the physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods.
