Compensation:
Competitive salary starting at $40,000 (plus commissions for sales and achieving sales goals). Anticipated total salary between $85,000 - $120,000 (estimate, not guaranteed).

Position Description:
The Field Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing all Field Sales Operations including but not limited to the following: manage, organize and motivate the sales team in a wide range of services, including pest control, termite inspections, weed and bee control. Ensuring sales objectives and forecasted revenue is achieved. Implement strategies for increased market penetration, new leads, and future growth. Enhancing, managing and monitoring an effective internal process which will improve our customer satisfaction and sales process. Maintain an effective follow up process and customer base management program. Enhance sales policies, inspector training, customer service skills, and recurrent training to produce constant sales revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Reports Directly to the Sales Director.
- Supervise, train, motivate and monitor field sales inspectors.
- Communication with department managers and administrative field support.
- Customer relations / satisfaction
- Recruit and train sales staff.
- Implement a system to evaluate training value and effectiveness.
- Provide and maintain sales literature, marketing tools, and presentation materials.
- Track, evaluate, and post daily sales numbers for individual sales inspectors and department.
- Work with the Inside Sales Supervisor to ensure collaboration between field and inside sales staff. Coordinate with other departments and technicians to insure completion and customer satisfaction.
- Attend required training meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years driving experience for vehicle insurance purposes
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.

- Willing to perform job functions through a direct hands-on approach and provide ongoing field training to meet objectives.

- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Some prior pest control experience extremely beneficial.
- Prior customer service experience
- Prior sales experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Physical ability to perform the work including bending, lifting, carrying 50 lbs of equipment, kneeling, crawling, entering confined spaces, and climbing ladders or scaffolds.
- Requires normal range of hearing and vision to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports.
- Requires dexterity and data entry skills.
- Requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours.
- Expected to work 8am – 5pm daily, extended hours may apply during busier seasons or to accommodate customers.
- Must be prepared to be On-Call 4-5 weeks out of each calendar year as needed.
