Specific Job Information:
- Pay - $15.00 an hour
- Hours - Hiring for 8:00am to 5:00pm and 9:00am to 6:00pm positions
- Schedule - Monday through Friday with a rotating half day Saturday
- Location - Must be located in or near the Jacksonville, Florida area. Position is hybrid and works in the office every Monday, which is subject to change
- Training - Paid training is 2 - 3 weeks, completed in person/in office
Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
- Provide excellent and professional customer service
- Review customer complaints, de-escalate, and take appropriate action
- Serve as liaison between management and customer support team
- Answer telephones, relay messages, and route calls to appropriate person (s)
- Use routing software to schedule services
- Maintain accurate records of customer comments and interactions
- Make outbound calls to existing customers regarding services, satisfaction and various account needs
- Answer questions from customers regarding service, billing and their overall account information
- Make calls to customers to collect past due accounts
- Prepare customer mailings and perform other administrative tasks
- Process payments
- Hybrid position. Currently working from the office every Monday, the remainder of the week is remote from home. This schedule is subject to change.
- Position does include a revolving Saturday, half day shift.

Qualifications
What you need:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- No Experience Required! McCall will invest in your training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to pass a drug screen
