Responsibilities
What your job duties will entail:
General Summary
To perform scheduled pest inspections and service in accordance with established procedures and standards. Sell new accounts or up sell existing services.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform pest control inspections and services at residential and commercial accounts on a scheduled basis.
- Apply prescribed treatment for identified pests
- Eliminate pest entry points as part of the external service
- Complete proper paperwork including the service invoice, documenting the customer graph if needed and production report.
- Operate and maintain vehicle in a clean and safe operating condition.
- Maintain property inventory of tools, equipment, manuals, and material on vehicle
- Follow all established safety procedures in all aspects of the job.

Qualifications
What you need:
Position Requirements
- Posses a valid Drivers License and have a driving record that meets or exceeds the company’s requirements.
- Ability to read and comprehend product labels and training materials written in English
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Able and willing to work in a variety of environmental conditions (seasonal weather, damp and/or hot conditions).
- Pass pre-employment drug and background tests.
- Pesticide application patterns and cautions
Physical Demands / Working Environment:
We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
