Compensation:
Base salary of $41,600 plus commission with a generous bonus plan.
On average, our sales inspectors earn between $70,000-$100,000 per year. There is a potential to earn more for a highly motivated person.

Responsibilities:
- Complete the necessary inspections for appointments. Inspections will include attics, crawl spaces and roofs.
- Make treatment recommendations.
- Provide professional and expert advice to address customer's pest concerns.
- Negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Generate leads from advertising and passive referrals in addition to developing new clients within your sales territory.
- Attend company-provided sales courses designed to improve skills.
- Be responsible for timely and accurate reporting. Reporting will include sales calls made, proposals submitted, and disposition of prospects.
- Provide timely and accurate information and paperwork to the appropriate service center for rendering services sold.
- Operate and maintain an assigned vehicle in accordance with all motor vehicle laws, company policies and manufacturer's recommendations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have a valid state driver’s license with 3 years of driving experience
- Must have an acceptable motor vehicle report
- Prior sales experience (not necessarily in pest control) with a proven track record preferred.
- Must be motivated and a self-starter.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Must be dependable, organized, and honest.
- Must have good judgment/decision making ability.
- Must have a positive attitude and excellent work ethics.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have or be able to learn practical and technical knowledge of duties, functions, terminology, work procedures, regulations, and company policies.
