Northwest Eye Surgeons is a progressive ophthalmic medical and surgical practice located in the Pacific Northwest, Idaho, and Alaska area. Our Company is the first in the Pacific Northwest to perform the refractive SMILE procedure, the first minimally-invasive laser correction procedure available. Northwest Eye Surgeons is searching for Optometric Physicians to add to our growing team. We are nationally recognized, with vast clinical experience in a wide variety of eye surgical services, advanced technology, and proven results.

Requirements
- Provide patient-friendly, medical, as well as pre- and post-surgical eye exams.
- Work collaboratively with staff optometrists and ophthalmologists
- Offer appropriate treatment plans and counseling to patients.
- Administer and interpret diagnostic tests as indicated.
- Maintain accurate and current patient records.
- Collaborate with community optometrists and other medical professionals to optimize the delivery of high-quality eye care strategies.
- Attend continuing education and training to enhance professional growth and development.
- Participate in promotional events and activities to showcase services to individuals and organizations.
- Familiarity with electronic health records.
- Communicate professionally and ethically with a range of patient personalities.
- Participate in an on-call schedule.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree.
- Active license, or ability to obtain active license, to practice optometry in the state of Washington.
