What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant/Intake Coordinator position at Northwest Family Counseling?
Northwest Family Counseling is looking for an energetic, personable, and growth-minded Administrative Assistant/Intake Coordinator. Our ideal candidate loves organizational systems, tracking, problem-solving, and will take over being responsible for helping us grow. This position is often our first-point-of-contact for clients, so being personable and understanding is essential. Some job duties include managing client portal accounts, facilitating and setting up new intakes, and tracking client contacts so we respond to each request for services. This role reports to the Owner and/or Clinical Director.
Primary Qualification Requirements:
- Associates Degree or higher
- Available to work remotely as needed
- Ability to think creatively and develop organizational structures that increase efficiency
- In full agreement with the purpose and core values of Northwest Family Counseling
- Excellent skills and comfort level when using Word, Excel, Google Drive, Adobe, etc.
Other Qualification Preferences:
- Prior experience in a mental health setting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 32 per week
