As a Family Law attorney, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, and domestic disputes. Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce and complex child custody disputes.
- Create effective legal strategies based on client needs and adjust as the client's situation evolves.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other attorneys to achieve successful outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and manage caseload efficiently.
- Develop and maintain expertise in family law statutes and case law.
- Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in family law under an attorney in a law firm setting.
- Strong negotiation and client advocacy skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other attorneys.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and client service skills.
- Persuasive writing and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with family law nuances and basic understanding of King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties' court procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:
$120,000 – $175,000 per year, Quarterly bonus structure with additional incentives bonuses

Work Environment:
