Overview
Northwest Federal Credit Union (NWFCU) is seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is integral to enhancing our digital presence and engaging current and prospective members through strategic, creative, and data-driven marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have expertise in email marketing, digital and social media marketing, and graphic design to drive our brand's visibility and success in a competitive financial industry.
Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A / B testing, and performance analysis
- Ensure email content aligns with brand guidelines and achieves campaign objectives
- Optimize email templates for maximum engagement and conversion rates
Digital Marketing
Plan and manage online marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including search engines, social media, and display advertisingMonitor digital marketing performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendationsOptimize campaigns to meet lead generation, engagement, and conversion goalsSocial Media Management
Create and implement social media strategies to increase NWFCU's online presence and social media engagementDevelop and schedule compelling content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTokMonitor and respond to social media inquiries, fostering a positive brand imageGraphic Design
Design and produce engaging digital assets, including email templates, social media graphics, web banners, and infographicsCollaborate with the department to create visuals that align with NWFCU's brand identity and marketing goalsManage and maintain the design library to ensure consistency across campaignsCollaboration & Strategy
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with organizational objectivesStay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practicesProvide recommendations to enhance NWFCU's digital footprint and member experienceRemains cognizant of and adheres to NWFCU policies and procedures as well as regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)Other duties as assignedQualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on email marketing, social media, and graphic designProficiency in marketing toolsExperience with graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignStrong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, social media analytics, and campaign performance trackingProven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative and innovative thinking and approach to problem solvingAbility to interact effectively with all levels of the organizationAbility to work effectively on-site in our Herndon, VA headquarters and equally effectively remotelyMust be able to work the hours of M-F 8 : 00am-4 : 30pmPreferred
Financial services or credit union marketing experienceKnowledge of SEO / SEM and content management systems (e.g., WordPress)Familiarity with video editing tools and motion graphicsAdditional Compensation
