What are the responsibilities and job description for the Indirect Lending Loan Processor position at Northwest FCU?
Overview :
As an Indirect Lending Loan Processor you will be responsible for the processing of assigned loans against credit criteria and credit union policy. This includes, but is not limited to, processing dealer loans / contracts and providing administrative support to our Indirect Lending team by auditing the accuracy of loan applications. The Indirect Lending Loan Processor will provide exceptional member experiences to our members through ensuring the timely, accurate funding of loans.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately and efficiently process member financial transactions
- Performs audits on dealer loan applications to ensure accuracy
- Opens new membership accounts
- Work in partnership with teams across the organization to deliver on projects that improve visibility into the member experience
- Provide exceptional member experiences
- Provide operational oversight, support and resolve escalated requests
- Ensure timely, accurate funding on loans
- Prepare, assembles, and maintain loan documents files and promptly submits files to be imaged
- Answer telephone inquiries and respond to dealership inquiries
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Remains cognizant of and adheres to NWFCU policies and procedures as well as regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
