What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nuclear Medicine Tech, Radiology, Full time position at Northwest Florida Community Hospital?
Performs a variety of imaging and is responsible for patient safety protocols. Functions as teh first line interface in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs. Participates in Performance Improvement activities and assists in the radiology department where needed.
Education: Graduation from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology, either college affiliated or hospital trained.
Experience: Board eligible
License, Certification and or Registrations:
Certified by the state of Florida to practice and administer radiation. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Current BLS certification.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills: Must have basic computer skills. Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
