The Position
You will report directly to the QA Director and be responsible for ensuring product parameters are within spec. This is a key role that helps maintain our Food Safety programs and ensures we comply with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
Your primary responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Sampling, testing, plating, reading, and recording product test results
- Performing pre-operational, operational, and/or post-operational checks
- Ensuring that daily records are well kept and maintained.
- Data entry and tracking
- Performing internal audits
- Following hold procedures for products that do not meet specifications
- Must possess the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOP's)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours
- Must be willing to work overtime when necessary to meet operation and business needs
- Equipment calibration and troubleshooting
- Participate in preparation for all inspections
- Participate in driving continuous improvement.
- Participate in preparation for all inspections
- Inspect Equipment and Plant Areas to ensure sanitation and regulatory compliance standards are being met
- Perform sensory analysis on product
- Logical thinker, problem solver, and eagerness to learn
- Able to be flexible per job demands in a fast-paced working environment
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 2pm to 12am
Friday to Sunday, 5am to 5pm
Work Location: In person.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 50 per week
