As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Northwest Health Services, you will be responsible for working with Northwest Health Services Providers by:
- Assess, diagnose, and evaluate clinical symptoms, developmental and personality disorders, psychosocial stressors, and substance abuse issues. Address functional impact of medical conditions as necessary and appropriate.
- Develop a treatment plan based on the individual client’s needs and resources. Connect the client with community resources as need is indicated.
- Coordinate professionals involved in patient care to ensure interdisciplinary collaboration and continuity of services.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of current community resources for supplementary treatment of clients and make referrals. Be available for consultation with other clinic staff.
- Provide a continuum of short- and long-term psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, based on individualized treatment plans.
- Function as an integral part of a multidisciplinary department.

Qualifications
- Unrestricted Social Workers license in state of Missouri
- Current BLS certification.
- A valid drivers license, and proof of current insurance coverage if vehicle used for business.
