Northwest Health Services is seeking an entry level Patient Access Assistant to join our team of professionals, who is passionate about starting their career in the medical field by providing exceptional care to our patients.

As a patient access assistant at Northwest Health Services, you will be responsible for assisting Northwest Health Services patients by:
- Greeting and providing excellent customer service and compassion to our medical clinic patients.
- Collect co-pays and payments at the time of service.
- Make reminder phone calls to confirm for the following days scheduled visit and follow-up calls for “no shows”.
- Assist patients with billing questions, assist with sliding fee questions, and establish payment arrangements with patients if deemed necessary.
- Ensure all patient information is current and up to date at each visit. This is to include all insurance, Medicare or Medicaid cards being scanned, patient information sheet has been updated annually and scanned, and all information in the chart matches the information in the computer per policy and procedure.

- A valid driver’s license, and proof of active insurance.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
