Job Requirements: Currently holds a valid RN or LPN license in this state.
Responsibilities:
- Performs comprehensive client assessments to plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate resident care goals
- Ensures timely and accurate communication and documentation is submitted to the appropriate payer source for continued authorization.
- Promotion of patient, family and/or significant other in the return to optimal physical and mental health through support and education. Promotes a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to agency policies and procedures. Maintains HIPAA compliance regarding all patient and facility related information.
- Is an advocate for the residents.
- Timely and appropriate reporting of incidents, injuries, infection
- Attends required staff meetings, education modules, and facility in-services as requested. Observes infection control policies and standard precautions.
- All other duties as assigned by the management team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
