Job Requirements:
Currently holds a valid RN or LPN license in this state.
Responsibilities:
Performs comprehensive client assessments to plan, develop, organize, implement and evaluate resident care goals
Ensures timely and accurate communication and documentation is submitted to the appropriate payer source for continued authorization.
Promotion of patient, family and/or significant other in the return to optimal physical and mental health through support and education. Promotes a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to agency policies and procedures. Maintains HIPAA compliance regarding all patient and facility related information.
Is an advocate for the residents.
Timely and appropriate reporting of incidents, injuries, infection
Attends required staff meetings, education modules, and facility in-services as requested. Observes infection control policies and standard precautions.
All other duties as assigned by the management team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.50 - $51.00 per hour
