This is a full-time on-site role for a High School Mathematics Teacher located in Clarksville, TN. The Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and supporting students in their learning journey. Key responsibilities include lesson planning, providing instruction in mathematics, including algebra, and maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Additionally, the Teacher will collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with students and parents.
- Experience in Lesson Planning and Mathematics instruction
- Proficiency in teaching Algebra and middle school level mathematics
- Strong Communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
- Teaching certification in the state of Tennessee is preferred
- Experience in developing and implementing engaging curriculum
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
