Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care and monitor cardiac rhythms on the Telemetry Unit.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Participate in code blue events and respond to cardiac emergencies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technologies.
