Travel CT Technologist - $2,333 per week

Certification Details ARRT Certification for XR & CT BLS AZ CT License & ARRT CT Cert Job Details The CT Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). The CT Technologist is licensed by the state as a general radiographer and is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the performance of basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, and OR imaging services. The CT Technologist demonstrates proficiency at routine diagnostic CT Scanning procedures including but not limited to CT of head / brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen / pelvis extremities and biopsy / drainage procedures. Responsibilities also include : knowledge of processing of CT system, surgical / sterile procedure, studies with or without contrast media and cross sectional anatomy. Job Requirements ARRT Certification for XR & CT BLS AZ License as both Rad Tech and CT Tech Min amount of experience for consideration : 2 years Schedule Information Thu, Fri & Sat Night 6 : 30p - 7a The traveler will not be required to take call. Proposed weekly schedule : Thu / Fri / Sat overnight 6 : 30p-7a Guaranteed hours / week : 36 Unit Specific Information Equipment used : GE 64 slice scanner and GE X-Ray, portable and C-arms. Additional Details Setting(s) : Inpatient & Outpatient Contract duration : 13 Weeks Latest start date for consideration : ASAP (by end of November ideally) of other therapists on staff at this location : 5 EMR / documentation system : Cerner Caseload / patient scheduling info : 10-20 CT exams per shift on average Any productivity expectations : Primary role in CT but also help in XR as needed COVID vax required? : N / A
