We are hiring immediately for a customer service representative who will be the bridge between our company and its current and potential sales customers. The success of the candidate will be based on the effectiveness of helping our customers, and keeping customer satisfaction above our manufacturer's standards. Bilingual is a plus.
Duties, responsibilities and experience include, but are not limited to:
- Provide the highest level of customer service, both in person and over text, email, and phone
- A demonstrated dedication to customer service as well as organized, self-disciplined and a quick learner
- Must be able to work a Thursday through Monday Schedule
- The ability to navigate between our computer programs while assisting customers
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound inquiries in a timely manner
- Manage our inbound and bound text messages, calls, and emails providing updates to our sales management
- Review lead source providers and provide insights into where to spend advertising dollars based on ROI
- Perform walkaround videos of vehicles that customers have inquired about
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and work towards setting an appointment for our sales staff
- Assist on our showroom floor with customers when the opportunity arises
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
- Meet both department and individual goals and targets for appointments set and sold

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a BDC/Internet Coordinator (2 year)
- Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills along with active listening
- Must be reliable to show up for work on time and have excellent attendance
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
